If I could give him more stars than what’s available I would! We travelled with another couple and we met with Erich to discuss all of our travel needs. Erich helped us figure out our flight options, gave us options for hotels, and multiple ideas for tours/shows. We had booked a day tour to Mt. Fuji and our guide was a no-show! I quickly got in touch with Erich and he found us another equivalent tour (with another company) right away! He really took the stress off of the planning and provided me with a lot of ideas of things to do that I would not have thought about. Thank you Erich!!

Our recent getaway to New Orleans was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to Erich from Fora. From the moment I shared that we’re foodies and that I’m particular about accommodations, Erich took care of every detail with incredible thoughtfulness. The hotel he booked for us exceeded all expectations—stunning views, immaculate rooms, outstanding customer service, two excellent restaurants, a central location, and incredibly comfortable, spacious rooms.

But Erich’s service didn’t stop there. He coordinated our flights, made reservations for us, arranged outings and drivers, and was always available to answer questions, no matter how big or small. His deep knowledge of New Orleans and his spot-on recommendations had us constantly impressed and delighted throughout the trip.

Erich truly made this a memorable experience—so much so that I can’t imagine traveling any other way in the future. His professionalism and warm, personal touch have completely spoiled us. I can’t thank Erich enough for making this a trip I’ll never forget.
