"My Unforgettable Birthday Thanks to Erich! I wanted to do something memorable—so I reached out to Erich and asked if he could help plan a night in Waikiki while I was in town to see Chicago on Broadway. From the very beginning, he was so friendly, responsive, and genuinely excited to help make my birthday special. Every detail was taken care of in ways that totally blew me away. When I got to my hotel room, not only was there a bottle of champagne waiting for me (such a fun surprise!), but there was also a handwritten note from the general manager wishing me a happy birthday. Erich even called the hotel ahead of time to make sure everything was set up perfectly. He knew my show was at 8:00 pm and reserved me a table at House Without a Key at 5:30 pm. I’d also mentioned in passing that I’ve been trying to get a Sunday brunch reservation at Orchids for over a year, but they’re always booked months in advance.
